Description
The INTRO™ is PureH2O’s newest and smallest water filtration system and requires no storage tanks thanks to its high flow reverse osmosis (RO) membrane and activated carbon pre-filtration modules, enabling it to fit in the smallest of spaces.
Easy to install and even easier to service, simply pull out and replace the filtration modules.

Not only does this improve the taste and clarity of hot and cold drinks alike, but it can also help save your body from consuming a multitude of harmful substances every day. In 2017, researchers found 72% of UK tap water already contained micro-plastics and, therefore, all the toxic chemicals harboured by micro-plastics.
The INTRO™ filter automatically flush itself at power-on and supplies up to 2 litres of pure water per minute whilst its tap provides a real time digital display of the purity of the water (shown as TDS – total dissolved solids) so you can always see you’re drinking the healthiest water.
Waste is also minimised with a low wastewater to pure water ratio of 1:1.5, saving water, reducing your bills and protecting natural resources.

Site preparation details
- Check the mains cold water dimension. In the UK it’s most likely to be 15mm.
- In Europe it’s possible to have a 1/2” or 3/8” OD compression inlet valve under the sink. Check the images below and choose the most suitable adapters that work best.
- For 1/2” FIP outlet valve, use the compression hose to 1/2” FIP adapter and adapter 3/8” ready. If 3/8” OD Compression outlet valve, you do NOT need to use the hose adapters.
*PFAS stands for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances—a massive class of synthetic chemicals often dubbed “forever chemicals” because they don’t break down easily in the environment or the human body.
What Makes PFAS Unique?
They contain carbon-fluorine bonds, among the strongest in organic chemistry.

- PFAS can be gases, liquids, or solid polymers, used in everything from firefighting foam to cosmetics.
