We have been loyal customers of Pure H2O since around 1990, when we installed a machine in our health food store in Barnes, southwest London. Between 1990-1998, we sold many thousands of gallons of pure water and many of our customers went on to purchase machines for their own homes. By all accounts, all of those customers were delighted with the product and the fantastic service from Pure H2O, as were we. In 1995 we had a domestic machine installed in our own home and recently upgraded to the wonderful RODI. It is small, compact, quiet, quick and efficient. In over 30 years we can honestly say we have received exemplary service both from the service engineers and indeed, on occasion, from Roger himself. He has always gone the extra mile to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Friends and family often comment on the pure taste of the water. Tea and coffee and food taste so much better. But more important is the knowledge that our water is free from chemicals and contaminants of all kinds. We feel this is a vital aspect to doing the best for our health that we can. Even our 10 year old “bean to cup” coffee machine has benefitted and has remained clean and scale free. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pure H2O and their products to anyone wishing to improve their health and enjoy clean, pure tasting water.
